TECHNICAL AND CONSTRUCTION DETAILS

Rolled and Electro welded Steel Bed-frame, fitted with one Tilt-able lid, being the opening device ratchet lever operated, which provides an easy and comfortable inspection and servicing. Likewise, the front area of the manhole lid is Tilt-able to have access to the feed chamber thus there is no need to dismantle the loading hopper.

Rolled and Electro welded Rotor made out in a single part and equipped with grinding plates, which impact the material against the suspended anvils. The Two oscillating impact anvils, carrying their bars, may be regulated and fixed mechanically, depending on the adjustment which may be regulated and fixed mechanically, depending on the adjustment which may be needed. The suspension is elastic through steel springs.

The entire inner part, touching the material to be crushed, is protected by means of a special anti-wear steel plates, interchangeable, which may be fixed & dismantled very easily.

Side windows with a manual opening operated for inspection of the interior of machine.

Steel impacting bars of the special anti-wear alloy, which can be replaced very easily.

Impact anvils, also made of a special anti-wear steel, protected by exchangeable thick bars made of a special steel as well.

High - Resistant , alloyed forged steel shaft, fixed to the rotor by means of accurate conical sleeves, assuring the necessary adjustment and easily dismantled.

Special bearing - housing made of cast steel, with spherical roller bearings, protected against dust by seal labyrinths and bearings lubricated by grease.
